FIRST FIRST FOIST

i would like to thank my internet company for having such a fast update on this site. i would also like to thank my family for pushing me to be more than i thought i could be. they really were my driving force. i thank God for all of the speed and reflex it took to be first, i couldnt have done this without my natural gifts. id mostly like to thank everyone on Hockeybu.com for letting me be first. this is one of the greatest moments of my life and everyone has played a part. thank you all so much

and if the Sabres were to grab Ryan, i'd really put us up there as a real contender. i like where Darcy is taking this team and i really do trust him although its a bit hard to at times. i think we'll be "sitting pretty" soon enough

so, title refers to Bobby Ryan but the blog is once again about Shane Doan.

GARTH's obsession with Shane Doan borders on the unhealthy.

first, he isn't going to Buffalo. he's not going to suffer through dreadful winters on a team that is second-tier at best. second, he's really not that good anymore.

If Nashville lets Weber leave they mind as well pack the bags for their franchise...

Maybe Nashville and Columbus should combine teams and move to Quebec City, Hamilton, or Seattle.

And Zach Parise was NEVER leaving New Jersey. I'm sick of the Doan blogs too bro, but never say never in sports.

Sorry to burst your bubble Garth. But the Rangers have the cap space to sign Doan if he wants to be there. Just saying.

The Rags have $13M in cap space still. They can easily sign Doan. It wouldn't shock me if they did.

A blog about Bobby Ryan somehow morphed into a blog about Shane Doan. Mind =blown.

The other day, Garth was at an Italian restaurant. The waiter asked him what he wold like, and Garth answered: "Hey, eh. I think I'll go with the fettuccine alfre-DOAN. Shane Doan! You guys see Shane Doan anywhere? Doan!"

x3 on the Rangers cap space comment.

Also, get ready to eat your laptop, because paying Shea Weber 14 million for one year and then trading him for a package much better than four late 1st Round Picks is worth it, and probably what Nashville will do

Fail blog.

Ryan has NO say once so ever in where he goes..

Last I heard.. Ryan has commented on both Philly and Buffalo being just fine locations to be traded to.

your fail is just as big as Garths..

in the rules of matching an offer sheet you cannot trade that player for 1 calendar year.

...Which is why I said they would have to pay him 14 million for the ONE YEAR he would need to still play for them.

I wasn't implying he wouldn't want to go to buffalo just curious has to if he had a say and if buf was a team he would agree to I don't think you guys have a bad team I'm just hoping with the atlantic heating up the dev's need to have some serious interest in him and again not that they would be a place he would want to go over any other team

So a team that lost $7.5mil last season is going to throw away money like that? And I believe he gets $13mil signing bonus once this deal is done, then $13mil next July1, and the Preds would have to wait ONE calendar year to trade him, so in reality they would have to pay him $27mil to have him for one season if they wanna flip him next offseason...

Why would it take the Rangers out of the running for either? They have cap space and really didn't give up any of their blue chippers. In fact, I would argue they are in fact better suited to go after Ryan now.
